Cancellation Policy
🔧 Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Applies to all sharpening services (kitchen knives, outdoor knives, machetes & axes, barber tools) and custom knife design consultations. 1. Booking Rules • Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. • Last-minute bookings are limited to no later than 24 hours before the appointment start time. • Each booking reserves a guaranteed service slot for your items or consultation. ⸻ 2. Client-Managed Changes Online You may manage your booking through your confirmation email or Wix account: Cancellation • Clients may cancel up to 1 hour before the appointment time. Rescheduling • Clients may reschedule their own booking up to 1 hour before the appointment time, subject to slot availability. ⸻ 3. Payment & Consultation Fee • Custom Knife Design Consultation requires a BND 50 booking fee (non-refundable once booked). • Sharpening fees are charged according to item type at the time of service. ⸻ 4. Arrival & Conditions • Please arrive on time to avoid delays to subsequent clients. • Items must be clean and reasonably rust-free. Excessively rusted or damaged tools may incur additional charges or be declined. ⸻ 5. No-Show Policy • Failure to attend without cancellation or rescheduling (within the allowed 1-hour window) is treated as a no-show, and service fees may still apply. ⸻ 6. Waitlist • If your preferred slot is full, you may join our Waitlist. • If a slot opens, notifications are sent automatically. • The first client to confirm gets the slot. ⸻ 7. Policy Updates • The Garrison Company may adjust these policies at any time to ensure smooth, fair, and efficient operations.
